Delivery Terms and Conditions
Customer Collection
In order for you to save on delivery charges there is a customer collection option when checking out. Either at Alderley Edge Cricket Club or you can add a note to the order if there is a more suitable venue for us to discuss.
You can pay cash on pick-up
Delivery
Our current delivery time is between 5-7 days.
STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE INC. INSURANCE (£8.00 per order)
Delivery may take up to 28 days on non stock items. Delivery is currently restricted to addresses within the United Kingdom.
All orders will be despatched in order of receipt. We allow 5 days for cheques to clear. Once your order has been processed and packed, we despatch by Royal Mail.
A signature will be required on delivery. If no one is at your home address during the day, please provide a separate address for your work, a relative or a neighbour.
Free Delivery on orders over £200.
Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.edgecuzzacricket.com. If you are not satisfied with a purchased item, you may return the product within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any applicable shipping, handling or other charges. Items must be returned in as-new condition with all relevant paperwork to ensure a full credit.
Credit Payment will be made in the same form as the payment originally used for purchase. Payment will be made within 15 days of receiving your returned item. Shipping costs will be refunded if it is a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery by email to edge@cuzzacricket.com and supply your name and item description from your original receipt confirmation email. We will do everything we can to replace the item in a timely manner and we will cover the shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
Returning an item

Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.

Advise by e-mail prior to sending the item.
